Registration Fees

Registration for the Symposium

 Symposium Speakers 

All symposium speakers  will be exempt from paying the registration fee. It is a recognition of the organizing committee for the effort given for the  event.

Standard fee: $250 US

This includes during April Wednesday 2nd & Thursday 3rd:

  • Participation in all Symposium plenaries and workshops.
  • Coffee, tea, water, pastries and fruits during 2 coffee breaks per day.
  • Lunch & refreshments.
  • Welcome reception.

Registration does not include accommodation, airfare or local transportation.

All Cochrane entities and Iberoamerican Network entities directors & coordinators  fee: $125 US

This includes during April Wednesday 2nd & Thursday 3rd:

  • Participation in all Symposium plenaries and workshops.
  • Coffee, tea, water, pastries and fruits during 2 coffee breaks per day.
  • Lunch & refreshments.
  • Welcome reception.

Registration does not include accommodation, airfare or local transportation.

Medical Residents fee: US $ 150 

This includes during April Wednesday 2nd & Thursday 3rd:

  • Participation in all Symposium plenaries and workshops.
  • Coffee, tea, water, pastries and fruits during 2 coffee breaks per day.
  • Lunch & refreshments.
  • Welcome reception.

Registration does not include accommodation, airfare or local transportation.

Students & Consumers fee: $45 US

This includes during April Wednesday 2nd & Thursday 3rd:

  • Participation in all Symposium plenaries and workshops.
  • Coffee, tea, water, pastries and fruits during 2 coffee breaks per day.
  • Lunch & refreshments.
  • Welcome reception.

Registration does not include accommodation, airfare or local transportation.


PLEASE NOTE: Anyone wanting to register as student or consumer must supply a signed letter of consent from his or her university or organization, alongside payment.


The Panamenian participants can pay in cash at the venue in the registration desk, however all need to complete the online registration form. Please contact us if you need more information at cochrane2014@cochrane.ihcai.org
